Apple has just issued the 10th developer beta for iOS 11.Apple doesn't specified whether its is the final beta or not.The Beta version is coded as 15A5372a. You can download the beta whether you are a registered developer.
The new beta is available in Apple's developer site. Apple will officially announce upcoming iphone hardware and will release the iOS 11 a week after that.
